Geoff Petrie talks about the trade that occurred earlier today.
[...] Watch: President of Basketball Operations Geoff Petrie’s analysis. [...]
Worried about their financial future? They need to have a couple of key players to help fill the seats, if they don't they could see other problems in the near future.
I think that I recently saw this on TV, where the team trades all of its talent and coming in last place so that they can move! What is the attraction to come and see a game. Looking through the roster there is really no appeal to travel to Sacramento to see a game anymore. They need some role players to help the younger players develop and at least look like they want to be a contender in the West.
Looks like I will have to root for another team to represent the west and go up against the Lakers until they can do something about their situation!
You all haters need to shut the f up Ive been a Kings fan for 20 years the kings have been through hard times before. you all are still hanging on to the past here listen to this LET IT GO THE PAST IS THE PAST. If you were a true kings fan you'd stick it out. This is the future stop living in the past and deal with it don't bitch about there nothing you can do you don't own them you don't coach them all your job is is to be a fan
The Maloof are fukn cheap period! They need to get some real players I dnt knw y the fk they traded john and he was the best player on the kings! Kevin martin is softer then milk and cookies the problem is they dont have enough brotha look at boston all brothas beno soft, and know we have no defenders for the guard position so dumb pertrie or wateva his name is and get some mre brothas ad kevin martin not a brotha!!!!!!!!!!!!
the kings will turn things around. they always do. go kings!
I believe this is all happening for a reason and the reason is to rebuild. We will get there again and I can't wait.
Geoff is the Kings of putting great teams together. Just give him some time.
