I was listening on 1140 after the first round and I couldnt believe with some fan reactions. One graded the Kings icks as an F……as far as I'm concerned those that feel that way are losers and they were showing their attitude because the player they wanted wasn't selected. The Kings selected the player they wanted based on what they saw and what their scouting data reveiled on the players they looked at. These fans got their facts from where? You losers continue to voice your opinions based on crap….you dont know what you're talking about! Why dont you get your own team and you can pick whomever you want! As for me, the Kings got a point guard with a winning history. When he was given the point position, Memphis went on a winning streak. What does that indicate? He made a difference and a winner, thats good enough for me! Of course, I would have liked Rubio but the thinking was if Evans wasnt available because of Memphis or OKC then Rubio would have been the KIngs pick. He was available why pass on him? Would the Clips passed on Griffin? I think not! Great day for the Kings! Now I'm going to more games in 2009/2010!

we will see in the beginning of the season and the free agency who knows kings might sign some one good

and rubio we will see if he plays good or if evans can but i believe omri will be a beast if kings bring him in and also bring in the guy u got from the second round his stats look good but i want to see if he can do the same in the nba

I totally agree!!! I was listening too after the pick was made and I feel that the Kings made the best selection!! This kid is what the team really needed. Rubio is just flash that will bring excitement but will he bring a championship?? Remember J Will??? Tyreke will take this team to the next level period!!!!

i agreed w/ everything the kings did until there 3rd pick whick they traded back to get brockman and Rodriguez. Blair and Young were still on the board at this point and either one of those players is better than sergio rodriguez and Brockman

but curry is not a big d guy he a shooter first point guard second, if deveops well he might be a iverson type player a under sized swing…that would put butts in seats but no ringgs on fingers.

dude this was a good pick. im glade we didnt pick rubio its sucks being minnesota, with two good point guard which player will have the ball in thier hands. i think rubio going back to spain.

I think evans was a good pick even tho hes not a true point guard. Rubio is probly goin bak to spain anyways. At least the kings dont have to deal with his buyout crap.
